Chehalis Tribal Enterprises owns and operates a number of businesses and was in need of marketing guidance for one of its restaurants due to declining sales and profitability. Through the combination of an all new website, signage, mascot, cross promotion, radio and Youtube exposure along with social media campaigns voiced by ‘Buck’ the mascot, outcomes have far exceeded expectations and a goal of 12% by achieving a whopping 20% growth.
The website was a complete makeover with an emphasis on youth, young families, social media and interactive playfulness. Coupon books that cross promote all of the CTE properties, but focus on the restaurant, were produced and distributed by Great Wolf Lodge and The Eagles Landing Hotel. We also cross promoted at the pumps through the neighboring convenience store as well as with outdoor signage.
